Cheap Car prices & REVIEW Audi Q5 SUV (2017 )

Audi Q5 is a compact SUV that competes with prestige cars such as the BMW X3, Jaguar F-Pace, Porsche Macan and Mercedes GLC. Like most other Audi models, compete mainly on interior quality and technology.

Audi Q5 premium SUV has a shortage of competition, with Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche and BMW all super talented rival offer. However, Q5 definitely has what it takes to keep doing a great job in most areas, and a tremendous job in some of them. Not the most attractive car of its type, but it is certainly one of the most complete.

Desire will be a big part of the appeal of this Q5, and it is something Q5 has it in spades.

As with any Audi, the desire will be a big part of the appeal of this Q5, and it is something Q5 has it in spades. Come not only from the four-ring badge sitting on both ends, but also from the appearance is quite difficult to distinguish from those of larger, more expensive Q7. Entry-level SE models seem to fit enthralling, Sport and S line models have a more sporty styling items to make them look more evil.

interior

As always with Audi, things are more desirable when you open the door and climb inside.

As always with Audi, things are more desirable when you open the door and climb inside. Materials and design of the cabins are taken almost wholesale from the latest A4, which means the material is dense and sophisticated, and it was done with perfect precision and attention to detail. The infotainment system is mostly intuitive and easy to use, but if you specify the optional Virtual Cockpit Audi system - which replaces the conventional call with a large screen that takes care of both the information you are driving and infotainment functions you - then things take a bit more getting used to. All models have a lot of adjustments to the driving position, and you get a clear view in all directions.

Practicality

This is not an area of particular strength for the Q5 before, but the latest do a better job. It was mainly to the longer wheelbase car, which provides rear seat passengers more legroom are generous. A sliding rear bench also allows you to shift the available space in the trunk than the passenger compartment, so it can be used for foot or baggage necessary. Even the smallest, the boot is slightly larger than the old car at 550 liters, and sliding seat can increase this to 610 liters without dropping any seat. When you do this, you get more cavernous 1550 liters of space, but you do not get loadbay completely flat because the rear seats lying in the corner. All in all, the Q5 is not the most practical car of this type, but still competitive.

Ride and handling

It gives a beautiful smooth ride that blows you along when you choose a luxury car setting Comfort

As with most Audi, suspension you get depends on the class of car you choose, and other optional settings are available on top of that. So far, we only had a chance to try out the car in the poshest of the four setups are available: the optional air suspension with adaptive dampers. This will not be a cheap option, but it fitted, the car is really very impressive. The important thing for a car that will be used primarily as family transport, giving a smooth ride that wafts you along beautiful luxury car when you select the Comfort setting. Shifting the setting for the dynamic, and you'll enjoy the control body really crisp that contributes to impressively sharp handling. Unable to compete with the likes of the Porsche Macan or Jaguar F-Pace for fun or engagement - the steering, though heavy and consistent, does not have the same level of involvement - but there is no doubting how competent Q5 is through a series of bends. Clearly, the abundance of grip and traction also helped on this score, and Q5 have both. Although most versions have left permanent four-wheel drive - standard on all previous Q5s - for on-demand system that disengages the drive to the rear axle under normal driving conditions to save fuel, you would struggle to detect differences in delivered traction. That applies both on asphalt and on loose surfaces.

Performance

At launch, you'll be able to choose between several turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine - with 248bhp petrol and diesel with 187bhp - both come with a seven-speed twin-clutch gearbox as standard. The majority of UK buyers will plump for the diesel, but we only had the opportunity to drive gasoline. It was quite nice, with a generous slice of easy-to-access good torque for easy progress, even if it does not feel as fast as output power brutishly suggest. It is, however, very smooth and quiet, which contributes to the level of a very impressive car repair rolling. We even tried 282bhp V6 diesel that is immediately available after launch (this one comes as standard with eight-speed automatic gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive), and provide a strong, smooth acceleration and excellent repair.

Running costs

Audi with the latest machines and a variety of efficiency-enhancing measures, we would predict a very competitive performance

As with many aspects of the Q5, UK prices are some way off being announced. We expect them to be competitive with all of its major counterparts, but with a car like this, the price is usually not a deal-breaker: you do not choose the cheapest, you choose what you want. Unfortunately, another thing we can not tell you about at this early stage is how efficiently the car, in one of its various forms, for official tests have not been conducted. However, with the latest engine Audi and various efficiency-enhancing measures, including the move to on-demand four-wheel drive, we will predict the performance is very competitive.

Reliability

Accurately predict the reliability of the new car is usually quite complicated, but it's even more difficult when the date-car sales are still a few months away. However, Audi may also hope that the new Q5 doing a little better than the last one did. According to Warranty Direct Reliability Index, a score Q5 today is about as low as possible to get, and Audi also priced quite bad in the manufacturer rankings.

Safety

We know that you will be able to determine the suite of optional driver assistance systems

The exact safety kit provided is one of the many things that’s yet to be announced, and don’t go expecting a Euro NCAP crash test rating anytime soon, either. There are some things the car will have to have by law, such as stability control and daytime running lights, but we’d be very surprised if the standard roster didn’t also include at least six airbags and autonomous emergency braking. We do know however, that you’ll be able to specify an optional suite of driver assistance systems. In the right circumstances, these will do much of the driving for you.

Equipment

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, it’s way too early for UK specs to be available, and that includes the amount of standard kit you’ll get. However, we’d be staggered if things like climate control, leather upholstery, parking sensors and sat-nav weren’t provided as standard across the range. It’s likely the really clever stuff will be saved for the options list, including Audi’s Virtual Cockpit information display, wireless phone charging, a wifi hotspot and sat-nav that can predict where you want to go before you even tell it.

It does a great job in every single area.
Because you want a compact SUV that conveys a prestige image, and that does a great job in every single area. It’s not the most exciting car of its type to drive, and it’s not the most flamboyantly styled, but it’s an incredibly good all-rounder that’s particularly impressive for interior quality.
