Renault Koleos SUV introduced a new

This is the first picture of the new Renault Koleos. Large SUV will be the flagship model in the UK, who sits on Kadjar in the Renault line-up.

At 4670mm long, the new Koleos is about the same size as the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Jeep Cherokee; and, as a smaller Kadjar based on models from sister company Nissan, the Koleos is based on the X-Trail, with a ground clearance of 213mm and 150mm higher driving position than in a traditional bar. It also means sharing four-wheel drive system similar to other cars of the Renault-Nissan alliance, which provides a choice between two and four-wheel drive mode.

However, although the designers have given Renault Koleos many features expected from a 4x4, they want to emphasize that 95% of what you can see is unique to this model. For example, this car has a lot of features chrome on the body, including the strip that runs the full length of the front wing on the rear lights and rear bumper inserts in the form around twin exhaust pipes.

At the front, the car has daytime running lights and a large selection of LED lights, while the rear light is permanently lit contrast to X-trail, the Koleos will be available only as a five-seater, but Renault claims that it has the interior space class-leading, and boot capacity can be expanded from 624 liters to 1690 when the 60/40 split rear bench folded down. A powered tailgate which can be operated hands-free by waving a foot under the rear bumper will also be available.

The cabin is designed to reflect the premium positioning within range Renault car, with plenty of soft-touch materials, adjustable-color LED lighting and a 12-speaker Bose stereo. dashboard is dominated by R-Link infotainment system 2, which is based around the touch screen is available in two sizes and allows multiple smartphone operating style. It also includes Bluetooth connectivity, USB and a customizable homepage.

Renault has yet to announce full details of the car's specifications, but what the company has been confirmed is that the Koleos will be available with many safety features (such as emergency braking autonomously, warning lane departure and traffic sign recognition), a variety of machines including units of petrol and diesel engines with power outputs ranging from 128 to 173bhp, and a choice of manual or automatic gearbox.

The car is expected to go on sale in the UK in the summer of 2017, and given its position in the Renault range, we expect prices to start from around £ 24,000.
